  • "How do I access the Course?"

    Make sure you are registered and have purchased your course. Chapter 1 is included when registering on HSA. Once you have enrolled and created your course, you should be automatically given access to the course player intro lesson.

  • "Do I need to purchase this course to access it?"

    No, Chapter 1 is free. Please contact us if you do not have access to your register link or have any questions about access.

  • "What if I have a technical issue and want to reach out for support?"

  • "I can’t log in or didn’t get my password reset email."

    Watching a video or opening a PDF doesn’t count as complete. You need to click Complete & Continue at the bottom of the lesson. Also check that you aren’t signed in under a second account, for example work versus personal email.
